Just to you let you know that you can all have a weekend off next weekend (20th June), as we are unable to take part in the Lancon Tournament. 

It seems that there has been a lot of confusion with them regarding the age groupings of their tournament.  They have just clarified to everyone that the Under 8's teams will playing as 09/10 Under 9's, which means they will be playing competetive football.  This rules out any teams, like ours, who would be playing up a year in this tournament because the boys are not allowed to play competetive football at this age!  So, as they're the rules it looks like we're out before we got started!
